This role involves managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Responsibilities include delivering products from design to completion, planning schedules, managing budgets, monitoring projects from inception to delivery, and overseeing external vendors. The position primarily focuses on project and program management, requiring strong leadership and governance skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proficiency with portfolio and project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior management
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Graduate Degree preferred
• 7-9 years of experience; 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience preferred
• Experience with State Master Files and advanced Excel skills
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL are preferred
