Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and budgets, and monitors projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. Focuses primarily on project/program management, with possible technical team members. Requires strong management and leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Must be able to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-9 years
Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
