A leading company is seeking a Program Director to manage internal projects and programs related to Provider Data Operations. Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception to delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. The position requires strong leadership, governance skills, and experience presenting to C-level executives. Must be adept at managing portfolios, using project management tools, and making informed decisions amidst ambiguity.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 7-9 years
Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: 10+ years Provider Data Operations, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets
Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
