Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources, with oversight from senior leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data operations and Medicaid processes.
• Develop business strategies and coordinate their implementation.
• Collaborate with other units within the organization and external partners.
• Escalate implementation or compliance issues to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience in provider data operations, with 10+ years preferred.
• Experience with State Master Files and large data sets in Excel.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL are preferred.

Additional Information:

• Position is full-time, senior-level, and based remotely.
• Salary range: $80,412 - $156,803 annually.
