Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a Program Director to oversee provider data operations, Medicaid processes, and State Master Files. The role involves managing internal projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery from design to completion. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, overseeing external vendors, and leading system analysis and program staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to present to C-level executives. Knowledge of portfolio and project management tools, strategic relationship management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources, with oversight from senior leadership
• Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data operations and Medicaid processes
• Identify and escalate gaps in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with other units across the organization

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 7-9 years in provider data operations or related fields

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent

Preferred Experience: 10+ years in provider data operations, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills
