Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to oversee Provider Data Operations, Medicaid, and State Master Files. This remote role involves managing internal projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of products from design to completion. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, overseeing external vendors, and leading system analysis and program staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in portfolio and project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources under senior oversight
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Provider Data Operations and Medicaid
• Identify and escalate implementation and compliance gaps
• Develop business cases and strategies for program execution
• Coordinate with other units within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 7-9 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred, especially in Provider Data Operations and State Master Files
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL are a plus
