Job Summary

The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. The role involves delivering products from design to completion, planning and directing schedules and budgets, and monitoring projects from inception through delivery. The director may oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. This position primarily focuses on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and strategic oversight skills. The candidate should be experienced in presenting to C-level executives, managing portfolios using various tools and methodologies, and handling multiple priorities with ambiguity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources, with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert in provider data operations
• Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Qualifications

10+ years in Provider Data Operations, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets
