Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a Program Director responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and delivery from inception to completion. The director may also oversee external vendors and manage system analysis and program staff.

This position focuses on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and strategic planning skills. The candidate should be experienced in presenting to C-level executives, managing portfolios, and using project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources under senior oversight
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Identify and escalate implementation and compliance gaps
• Develop business cases and strategies for program implementation
• Collaborate with other units and facilitate activities across the organization

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Graduate degree preferred
• Experience: 7-9 years required; 10+ years preferred, especially in Provider Data Operations and State Master Files
• Skills: Advanced Excel, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL experience

Additional Information
