Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Deliver products through the design process to completion, including planning schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing project execution from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign work to system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, requiring strong leadership, governance skills, and experience in portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. The candidate should be capable of presenting to C-level executives, making informed decisions, and managing multiple priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP as needed.
• Serve as an industry Subject Matter Expert in the functional area and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate the implementation of business strategies.
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 7-9 years.

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience: 10+ years.

Preferred License, Certification, Association: CPHQ.
