Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception through delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. Must have strong management and leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Responsible for overall governance of operational and strategic project portfolios, managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation/resolution processes.
