Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, invites a Program Director - Rehabilitation to lead the inpatient rehabilitation program. You will guide clinical, financial, and administrative performance while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes developing budgets, strategic plans, and staff development, with a focus on compliance and performance improvement in a busy acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline or healthcare management required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervise and develop staff; provide ongoing training and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How you'll contribute:

• Oversee the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
