Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Program Director at Glendale Memorial Hospital to oversee the rehabilitation program’s administration, planning, development, and financial operations. You will ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance, guiding budgets, goals, and strategic plans.

The role requires a 3-year leadership track in rehab settings, with CA licensure as RN/PT/OT/SLP and a clinical or healthcare management background; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration; inpatient rehab management experience preferred.
• CA Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
• Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
• Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required with a master's degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

• Experience: minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration. Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills required.
• License: CA Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist license.

Salary range:$140,000-$145,000/yr
