Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the PACT team alongside the team psychiatrist, including assessment and treatment planning.
• Manage daily clinical operations, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and lead team meetings.
• Oversee client admission and assessment processes and ensure documentation quality.
• Ensure productivity standards and timely completion of agency-required documentation.
• Engage and motivate clients to meet treatment goals and provide crisis coverage as needed.
