Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) seeks a Program Coordinator for the Taunton Peer Recovery Support Center. You will support the Program Director in daily operations, coordinate programming, and oversee a team of staff while engaging members and managing events, social media, and outreach.

The role requires Recovery Coach certification and at least one year in a recovery-oriented program, plus lived recovery experience of two years and nonprofit exposure.

Qualifications

• This position requires Certification as Recovery Coach and at least one year of work in a recovery oriented program; degree in human services preferred.
• Candidates should have lived experience as a person in recovery with at least two years of sustained recovery time.
• Experience in nonprofit settings with organizational and written/verbal communication skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with day-to-day programming and recovery center operations.
• Ensure Peer Recovery Support Center groups run on schedule and engage members.
• Coordinate events, outreach calendars, and the events planning committee.
• Manage the monthly staff schedule and center social media presence.
• Build relationships with the broader recovery community and providers.
