Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Needham seeks a Dual Recovery Clinician for the PACT team to provide assessment, engagement, direct services, and program consultation to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.

The role supports staff development through training and modeling of evidence-based practices within a mobile, community-based team, delivering recovery-oriented care in the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with licensure required within 3 months of start date.
• Experience in PACT or similar community-based recovery programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and engagement for individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Deliver direct clinical services and participate in program consultation.
• Model and train staff on effective interventions to support dual recovery.
• Collaborate with a mobile, multidisciplinary team in a community setting.
