Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social sciences or related field required.
• Current Massachusetts licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions of the Home-Based Team.
• Provide weekly staff supervision and facilitate monthly team meetings.
• Monitor CBHI and Wraparound services and ensure high-fidelity, family-centered care.
• Maintain clinical documentation, direct program budgeting, and billing coordination.
• Develop community partnerships with schools, DCF, DMH, DYS, and MassHealth.
