Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus one of the following:
• One year of related field experience with supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a residential program, ensuring high-quality person-centered supports while managing program operations.
• Oversee staff development, supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISP documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with individuals served, families, staff, and stakeholders.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide emergency coverage when needed.
