Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a Program Director for the Home-Based Team in Brockton, MA. This role leads daily clinical, operational, and administrative functions to deliver high-quality CBHI and Wraparound services to youth and families.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with schools, DCF, DMH, and other partners to align programs with mission-driven outcomes. A MA license and MS degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Social Sciences or related field required.
• Current Massachusetts licensure required (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT/LADC).
• 3–5 years of experience with youth with SED and their families; supervisor experience.
• Experience with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and DV.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Provide weekly supervision and facilitate monthly team meetings.
• Collaborate with BAMSI programs on community events and staff training.
• Oversee CBHI services and related programs (IHT, TM, PSB-CBT).
• Maintain program budgets and monitor billable activity.
• Act as a liaison with schools and state agencies; participate in external meetings.
• Maintain on-call rotation and ensure safety/compliance.
