BAMSI, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for our Plymouth residential program in Carver, MA. This role will supervise staffing at a residential home and guide clinical and administrative operations to elevate care standards in alignment with BAMSI’s mission.

You will mentor staff through challenges, support crisis interventions, and ensure compassionate, individualized services. A driver’s license and commitment to inclusion are required, with English fluency strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Required: High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred but not required.
• Essential: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Understanding: Believe in and practice inclusion to help individuals participate in community life
• Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork
• Bonus: Fluency in English; multilingual a bonus

• Lead & Inspire: Directly supervise staffing at a residential home, providing clinical and administrative guidance to elevate care standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the program delivers compassionate, individualized support that aligns with BAMSI’s mission and regulatory requirements (DDS).
• Hands-On Support: Mentor your team through staffing challenges and crises, fostering growth and accountability
