Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
• At least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years in the healthcare sector.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of facility level operations for Free-Standing Emergency Room and Urgent Care Hospital Outpatient Department.
• Complete P&L responsibility for the facility(s).
• Coordinate and integrate operations with hospital departments (Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, etc.).
• Coordinate provider activities with the Medical Director.
• Ensure operational procedures are consistently maintained in facility.
• Provide leadership and motivation to maintain patient-oriented customer service culture.
• Manage facility staffing and drive regulatory and accreditation readiness.
• Participate in local marketing activities and budget development with leadership.
• Promote value proposition of Intuitive Health and maintain partner relationships.
