Job summary

ADL’s Program Director position in Los Angeles leads education initiatives, enhances volunteer engagement, and builds strategic partnerships to advance our mission. The role collaborates with teams to deliver impactful programs, support volunteer leaders, and drive regional impact in the Western Division.

Ideal candidates will have several years in education or community engagement, strong communication, and a passion for ADL’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Several years of experience in education, programs and/or community engagement.
• Demonstrable leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment of ADL's educational programs and resources in schools, communities, and organizations.
• Support the implementation of K-12 programs and facilitated antisemitism programs.
• Deploy ADL programs and resources through partnership networks.
• Collaborate with regional teams to activate and support volunteer leaders as activists and ambassadors for ADL’s mission.
• Identify opportunities for leaders to contribute to regional initiatives and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with Jewish community organizations and federations to foster collaboration and resource sharing.
