Job summary

Girls Inc. of Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Programs to lead school-based programs, supervise the Program Team, and manage partnerships with LAUSD. The role requires leadership across diverse teams, building strong relationships with school partners and the broader community.

You will report to the Chief Program Officer and drive program quality and impact. The role is hybrid, with frequent campus visits across Los Angeles County, and prefers Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Hybrid role requiring frequent site visits across Los Angeles County.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Program Site Managers with a people-centered approach.
• Oversee implementation of the Girls Inc. experience on campuses.
• Maintain accountability and program quality through regular performance meetings.
• Develop systems to assess PSM experience and effectiveness.
• Establish strong campus partnerships and manage school contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align curriculum and program needs.
