Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years working with persons with Developmental Disabilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Must have a current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and payroll timesheets.
• Supervise staff, provide orientation and training for new hires.
• Maintain program logs, documentation and incident reporting.
• Coordinate meetings with executive leadership as needed.
