PALS OHIO, LLC. is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise, support daily living activities, provide safe transportation, and document care and services accurately.

Join our team and help create meaningful daily experiences for the individuals we serve. We seek energetic, dedicated staff who can communicate well, work with diverse groups, and maintain training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work with adults with Developmental Disabilities.
• Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to Individuals served.
• Assist with daily living activities and safe transportation.
• Document care and services accurately and timely.
• Engage as a friend and mentor, planning social/occupational activities.
