The candidate will coordinate trainings, conduct staff evaluations, and collaborate with executive leadership to implement program improvements while maintaining strong communication with regional directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years' experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage administrative tasks.
• Current driver's license and annual training requirements.
• Criminal background checks completed annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and timesheets.
• Supervise staff and provide orientation and training.
• Ensure staffing levels meet program needs and safety.
• Communicate with COO, Operations Director, CEO, and Regional Director.
