Are you an experienced, compassionate leader ready to make a meaningful impact every day? Bittersweet Farms, a world-renowned leader in serving individuals with autism, is seeking a full-time Day Program Director to guide innovative day programming across our Whitehouse and Lima, OH locations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee a department of up to 30 Direct Support Professionals while directly supervising Program Leaders and specialists. You will help shape a program culture rooted in dignity, respect, kindness, and individualized support, recognizing the unique qualities and needs of each person with autism and ensuring those needs are met with care and excellence.

Success in this role requires excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualified candidates will have technical competence in program development, behavior support, ISP delivery, and outcome evaluation; the ability to travel between Whitehouse, Toledo-area SEP locations, and Lima, OH; three to five years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities; and a bachelor’s degree.
