Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities services, preferably supervisory/coordination role.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management: oversight for each person served and goals.00
• Staff supervision: schedule, train, and mentor DSPs for quality delivery.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation, billing, and program records for accuracy.
• Incident management: report and follow up on UIs and MUIs.
• Team collaboration: work with coordinators and DSPs for consistency.
• Communication liaison: be the contact for families and guardians.
• Problem solving: address issues to improve client and staff experience.
