• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Colorado clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) active encouraged.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive behavioral health leadership/administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, goals, and new initiatives to meet client/community needs.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
• Use data to evaluate service quality, capacity, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Oversee finances, budget planning, and revenue optimization for the program.
• Hire, onboard, supervise, and coach staff; conduct performance evaluations.
