Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Clinical Director for our inpatient Detox and Residential facility. You will provide daily clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to our evidence-based treatment roadmap, shaping care for clients in a recovery-focused environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LPC/LCSW), and several years of supervisory experience in hospital or residential settings; you'll lead a skilled team and

Qualifications

Master's degree in related field is required or preferred.
Colorado licensure to practice as Clinical Director (LPC/LCSW).
5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility.
Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
Oversee client engagement and morale in a recovery-focused atmosphere.
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation with Utilization Review collaboration.
