Job summary

North Range Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Integrated Care and Medical Team in Greeley, CO. The role partners with the Program Director to advance program goals, develop policies, and ensure high-quality, compliant care across behavioral health and primary care settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Colorado LPC/LCSW/LMFT license with a Master’s in psychology or related field and at least two years of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Active Colorado clinical license(s) (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• At least 2 years of related behavioral health experience.
• Must complete pre-employment screening including background check, fingerprinting, and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Evolve services to meet client and community needs.
• Develop and uphold policies, procedures, and standards ensuring compliance, safety, and excellence.
• Use data to drive decisions by analyzing program performance and outcomes.
• Promote program success by supporting quality, compliance, documentation, and financial goals.
• Lead with solutions by identifying challenges and collaborating with leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen clinical planning and service delivery.
• Inspire and develop staff through coaching and performance feedback.
• Support staff with training and resources for accurate documentation.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace where employees feel valued.
• Contribute to operations and growth by participating in meetings, projects, and budgeting.
• Engage with the community by building partnerships, representing the organization, and promoting services.
• Provide direct client care including crisis response and strong reporting practices.
• Support program development with best practices and partnerships.
