You’ll work closely with the Program Director to keep the program running effectively, support and guide staff, and help ensure every person who walks through our doors receives compassionate, responsive, and high-quality care.Our crisis services serve individuals during some of life’s most difficult moments, including acute mental health challenges and substance use concerns. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll help bring structure, collaboration, and compassion to the work, while supporting a team committed to helping people find safety, stability, and a path forward.You’ll have opportunities to lead, coordinate, problem-solve, and contribute ideas that strengthen the program and improve the experience of those we serve.
