The role requires managing referrals, intake, service plans, staff development, and compliance with contracts; travel across community and interaction with families and referring authorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services preferred.
• Experience managing personnel and budgets in a community-based agency.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall administration of the Sullivan County Program.
• Manage participant services, staff, and budgets within contract terms.
• Identify, recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff.
• Oversee intake, service plans, and wraparound treatment planning.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure plans are updated as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of administrative and billing documents.
• Develop discharge plans with community linkages post-termination.
