Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a program administrator to oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations within assigned programs in Connecticut. The role ensures compliance with funding source standards, quality metrics, and public value.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate treatment plans with a focus on outcomes for persons served. The position requires strong leadership, experience in human services management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human services relative to current assignment.
• Knowledge of operations management procedures and practices.
• Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues.
• Knowledge of advocacy techniques and service coordination.
• Knowledge of financial management practices in human service organizations.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the activities of program staff; hire and optimize staff to meet goals.
• Provide supervision and direction on treatment plans and interventions.
• Oversee intake procedures and initial assessments for persons served.
• Support staff with policy updates and staff training.
• Foster outreach to families and communities connected to persons served.
• Ensure quality, timely completion of clinical, recordkeeping and service plans.
