Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a program leader to oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations across designated programs. You will ensure adherence to funding source standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks while guiding staff and improving service value.

The role requires supervisory leadership, strong knowledge of human services, and a focus on compliance and performance improvement within a nonprofit health and human services context.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible human services experience, with supervisory duties.
• Master's degree preferred; in some cases experience may substitute for academic training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage program staff activities and hiring to meet goals.
• Provide training, coaching, performance reviews, and career development guidance.
• Ensure intake procedures and initial assessments are timely and appropriate.
• Supervise treatment plans and interventions and participate in planning meetings.
• Ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and data reporting.
