Job summary

Vinfen seeks an ACCS Clinical Program Director to lead an Intensive Medical GLE site, ensuring quality clinical and administrative operations for adults with psychiatric disabilities and complex medical needs.

You will supervise staff, oversee treatment planning, and coordinate medical, mental health and care coordination services to support community integration and independent living goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical program leadership within residential settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and cultural competency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, financial and administrative operations of an Intensive Medical GLE site.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality of services and licensing compliance.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and transitions to and from residential settings.
• Coordinate medical and mental health services and care coordination efforts.
• Provide on-call coverage and mentorship to staff.
