Job summary

Howard University is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic direction for the Black Congregations Resource Center’s CPI program. The role reports to the Dean/CPI Director and partners with the Administrative Program Coordinator to advance outreach, research and alumni engagement.

The position emphasizes grant administration, data reporting, and travel for local and national events, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master of Divinity degree required.
• 2-3 years of executive-level administrative experience.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and outcomes reporting.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Administrative management of grant-funded program and community outreach.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and symposiums.
• Build and maintain congregations database for alumni connection.
• Support media team in creating digital content and basic troubleshooting.
