Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master of Divinity degree required with relevant 2-3 years of executive administrative experience.
• Experience coordinating grants, programs and outreach within academic or religious community settings.
• Ability to analyze data, document outcomes and report progress to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative management of a grant-funded program and related outreach activities.
• Coordinate events, recruit ministry leaders and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Develop and document best practices for preaching, congregational care and social justice advocacy.
• Build and maintain a congregations database with updated information.
• Support media teams with digital content and marketing materials.
