We are seeking a Program Coordinator, Industry-aligned Initiatives, who provides administrative and programmatic support for the Center for Applied Data Science and Analytics (CADSA), with a focus on industry-aligned AI, data science, and analytics initiatives. The role supports seed and mini-grant programs that drive research, curriculum innovation, and workforce-aligned engagement through faculty initiatives, student engagement, workshops, and partnerships. The position ensures effective program execution, communication, and reporting and reports to the Executive Director of CADSA.
Internal contacts generally include faculty, staff, and students. External contacts generally include industry partners, vendors, consultants, visitors, and the general public.
Bachelor’s degree and four to six years of progressively responsible administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in higher education, workforce development, or industry partnership environments. Up to ten years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications.
