Job summary

East Bay Community Foundation is seeking a Program Director in the Community Investment and Partnerships (CIP) department. The role is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping, implementing, and evaluating grantmaking strategies aligned with the Foundation's mission.

The Program Director will partner to lead strategy across thematic areas within CIP, advance community engagement, and oversee planning, execution, and reporting.

• Help enhance and evaluate department success through operational planning and execution.
• Maintain a visible and influential presence in the community through public speaking, participation in forums and philanthropic and civic initiatives.
• Prepare grant dockets, impact reports, and other presentation materials for internal and external use.
