Howard University is seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to organize and manage community outreach activities across campus and partner organizations in Washington, DC. The role reports to the PI and supports study teams with timely information and engagement efforts.

You will coordinate logistics for events, develop materials, analyze engagement data, and maintain records for reporting. This position emphasizes independent work, collaboration with researchers, and building strong community

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area studies field and 1–3 years of experience.
• AAS degree in a relevant area studies field and 2–3 years of experience.
• Understanding of outreach, community engagement, and coordinating with stakeholders is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate administrative procedures within the department and with other offices.
• Monitor data to track progress and trends toward outreach goals.
• Collaborate with the PI, staff, and community organizations to inform participants about support services.
• Perform data analysis using tables, graphs, and basic statistics.
• Develop promotional materials and communications strategies to raise awareness.
• Coordinate participant follow-up communications and address questions.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and metrics for reporting.
• Provide outreach and education about clinical trials in communities and schools.
