Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance and licensing checks.
• Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance; acceptable driving record.
• Two years' direct care supervision experience with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Crisis Home program.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance per Title 17/22 and DDS requirements.
• Lead staff; supervise performance and provide coaching.
• Provide on-call coverage and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical professionals and regulatory bodies for oversight.
