Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) seeks a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor for the Community Wellness & Response Team (CWRT) in Sacramento. You will oversee a multidisciplinary group delivering urgent, field-based crisis response and resource linkage 24/7/365, collaborating with 911/988 dispatchers and local partners.

You will supervise clinicians, manage referrals and documentation, and drive CQI. Requires LCSW/LMFT/LPCC with at least 2 years’ crisis experience and 1+ year supervisory

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT or LPCC licensed with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Two+ years of therapeutic intervention experience in community mental health/crisis settings.
• At least one year of supervisory experience managing staff toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of case managers and clinicians in a community-based program.
• Meet clients with needs-driven, strengths-based, culturally relevant services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, and discharges ensuring accessibility for all.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide ongoing supervision.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and CQI systems.
• Ensure compliance with funders, including documentation and reporting.
• Communicate using strength-based language in all program management activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
