Qualifications

• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum six months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Implement approved behavior support plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
