Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ management or supervisory experience in residential care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with required BSLS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Beacon locations to meet goals, budgets, and clinical targets.
• Support Care Team Managers with staffing, resources, and compliance oversight.
• Plan and co-chair monthly staff meetings; ensure documentation is filed.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and assist with corrective action plans.
• Manage census, payroll costs, EBITDA targets, and time-and-attendance accuracy.
