Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in human services, social work, psychology, healthcare management or business administration.
• Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in a residential care environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to use BSLS systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Must be approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beacon locations to meet goals, budgets and clinical targets.
• Support Care Team Managers with staffing and resources for high-quality care.
• Plan and co-chair monthly staff meetings; ensure documentation is filed.
• Monitor incident and work injury reports; liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Assist compliance with corrective action plans and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage Census, payroll costs, EBITDA targets, and time-and-attendance reporting.
• Oversee new employee orientation and training compliance.
• Address personnel issues with HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
