Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of healthcare experience required.
• Five years of behavioral healthcare experience preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal results and compliance for the unit.
• Identify funding sources and assist with grant management.
• Ensure quality management and audit readiness across regions.
• Hire, coach, and manage staff; supervise performance.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
