Job summary

Adult & Child Health is seeking a Program Director to lead a designated service unit, ensure compliant, quality care, and advance our mission. You will oversee budgeting, funding relationships, and performance metrics while guiding staff and ensuring audit readiness.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of CARF standards, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clinicians, partners, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of healthcare experience or five years in behavioral healthcare.
• Supervisory experience and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of CARF accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive a positive culture across the unit.
• Oversee fiscal performance and compliance for the unit.
• Identify funding sources and assist with grant management.
• Track KPIs and ensure timely reporting and variance analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and funding partners.
• Ensure audit-ready standards and adherence to regulations.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee QA processes and use of EMR systems across the region.
