Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and daily operations.
• Working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, productivity metrics.
• Experience supporting growth initiatives, marketing partnerships, and new patient access.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop outpatient program teams to ensure performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily program operations for efficient, consistent services.
• Monitor program financials, including budget, staffing needs, and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy, growth priorities, and improvements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing plans, and retention for team members.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and business development for patient growth.
• Identify barriers and drive initiatives to improve access and performance.
• Use data and reporting to track metrics, communicate progress, and act on findings.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and external referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, documentation, and regulations.
