Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human service preferred.
• Minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in a residential care environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use BSLS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational oversight to meet goals including budget and clinical targets.
• Ensure policy implementation and consistent application of BSLS procedures.
• Review incident reports and ensure timely submission to regulatory agencies.
