Job summary

Behavioral Health Group - BHG seeks a committed Program Director to lead a patient-centered treatment center from admission through recovery. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence to break the cycle of addiction and rebuild hope.

In this role, you will monitor program performance, manage budgets, and guide staff through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
• 2–3 years of management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Professional certifications or licensure related to the role.
• Experience managing substance use disorder treatment programs.
• Leadership experience overseeing operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Experience serving economically and culturally diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and leadership for day-to-day operations of the treatment center from admission through ongoing treatment.
• Oversee clinical and operational functions, including admission, medication services, patient processing, chart prep, and coordination with community partners.
• Foster a welcoming, safe environment for patients, families, and staff; address concerns with professionalism.
• Respond to urgent issues, including after-hours situations, as needed.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and patient outcomes.
